In my case, and for the most part, It is said that strep and other popular bacteria , the antibiotics are able to treat these infections effectively.

I told my doctor and received the final confirmation that the antibiotics which reduce the effectiveness of Mirena very rarely used, not in my case

should not be a problem for my Mirena. Also, because a Mirena works
locally and the hormone is not absorbed in the GI tract, so there is not
any risk of interaction.
